Het hoofdhuis heeft alles weg van een historische herenboerderij (oorsprong ligt in 1777) met hoge plafonds, authentieke elementen en warme kleuren. De lichte woonkeuken is met liefde door de huidige eigenaren gerenoveerd met behoud van de prachtige stenen vloeren en grote haard met pelletkachel. Een imposante gang over de gehele lengte van het hoofdhuis leidt naar de klassieke woonkamer, intieme eetkamer, stijlvolle badkamers en ruime slaapkamers, waaronder een meer dan royale master bedroom. De Quinta heeft een ligweide met zwembad, garage, sauna, hobby-wijngaard en compleet geoutilleerde authentieke Adega (wijnmakerij) en ligt gedeeltelijk gelegen op een beboste heuvel. De Quinta beschikt over twee appartementen (waarvan één vrijstaand), die succesvol via Airbnb worden verhuurd. Daarnaast zijn er camper- en caravanplekken met met elektriciteit, water en grijs water afvoer en er is op het terrein een grote professionele keuken en een uitgebreid toiletgebouw voor kampeerders aanwezig. Daarmee biedt het object veel mogelijkheden: van wijnbouw tot toerisme of andere projectontwikkeling. De opbrengst van de appartementen is ongeveer 100 euro per nacht per appartement (buiten het seizoen iets minder) en van de campers 20 euro per nacht per camper.
