De lichte woonkeuken is met liefde door de huidige eigenaren gerenoveerd met behoud van de prachtige stenen vloeren en grote haard met pelletkachel. De kleinste slaapkamer is in gebruik als kantoor. Een trap ontsluit een geïsoleerde zolder waar zich de warmwaterboiler van 300 liter bevindt. Deze grote ruimte (over de gehele oppervlakte van de Quinta) kan worden omgetoverd tot bijvoorbeeld een gastenverblijf met meerdere slaapkamers en badkamers en bijvoorbeeld een lounge. Qua isolatie kunt u rekenen op buitenmuren van maar liefst 90 cm dik, geïsoleerde plafonds en zolderverdieping, en overal dubbel glas op een enkele deur na.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">De Quinta heeft een ligweide met zwembad, garage, sauna, hobby-wijngaard en compleet geoutilleerde authentieke Adega (wijnmakerij) en ligt gedeeltelijk gelegen op een beboste heuvel. De Quinta beschikt over twee appartementen (waarvan één vrijstaand), die succesvol via Airbnb worden verhuurd. Daarnaast zijn er camper- en caravanplekken met met elektriciteit, water en grijs water afvoer en er is op het terrein een grote professionele keuken en een uitgebreid toiletgebouw voor kampeerders aanwezig. Daarmee biedt het object veel mogelijkheden: van wijnbouw tot toerisme of andere projectontwikkeling. De opbrengst van de appartementen is ongeveer 100 euro per nacht per appartement (buiten het seizoen iets minder) en van de campers 20 euro per nacht per camper. Er is ruimte voor 10 tot 20 campers / caravans en verdere uitbreidingen zijn ook mogelijk. Bonus is een vervallen huis met eigen toegang en tuin, dat na renovatie kan dienen als zelfstandige woonruimte of om als vakantiehuis te verhuren. Een mooi gelegen zwembad met zonneweide, een jacuzzi en een saunaruimte completeren het potentieel. De Quinta ligt dicht bij het typische Portugese dorp Miranda do Corvo en en 40 minuten van Figuera da Foz (mondaine kustplaats aan de zee met veel strand). Drie grote steden bevinden zich op rijafstand: Coimbra (20 minuten), Porto (90 minuten), Lissabon (120 minuten). Ze ligt verscholen in het buurtschap Lamas, waardoor u kunt genieten van volledige privacy en toch niet geïsoleerd bent. Deze unieke plek biedt de rust van het Portugese platteland terwijl alle voorzieningen in de buurt en goed te bereiken zijn.</p>
